The double-ended tool features a tinted brow wax and a fine-toothed lifter brush. The conditioning formula helps to smooth brows into place, while adding natural-looking colour that is fade and smudge-resistant. The brush helps to shape brows, perfect for achieving a feathered or laminated brow look.

Instructions:

Step 1:  Lift brows into place using lifter brush.
Step 2: Tint and sculpt brow hairs with wax stick.
Step 3: Finish with lifter brush.
